Mopower Mania Hartford Sport reviews
Props were a let down but show made up for it
The orchestral experience and narration from C3-Po were more than made up for by the props, which were a real let down.
Missing from what you'd expect to see for a tour of this kind were lightsabers, Boba Fett armor, no r2 units, no production models of any kind, and there was nothing from Han, Luke, or Leah. Most of the props were from the prequels and several were promotional re-creations and not props from the actual films.
Daniels did a wonderful job of recreating his golden persona without the costume. The Show had a great set.
There were lights, lazers, smoke, sound effects, pyrotechnics, and hearts were fluttering as the orchestra played through every thing you'd expect to hear. This wasn't meerly a two hour condensation of six movies, but rather a theatrical re-telling of the overall story line with a live orchestra.
A must see!
